Teen and Adult Karate

ATA Martial Arts’s teen and adult curriculum is specifically designed for students ages 13 and older. Classes are action-packed, high energy, and incredibly fun. Students get fit, learn martial arts, cool kicks and tricks, self defense techniques, weapons training, and they’ll make some new friends.
